**About the Role**:
As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with management and high-level stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and human resources strategies. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations with a focus on people development and talent management, ultimately contributing to the success and growth of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.
- Partner with department heads to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment and retention strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement, development, and retention.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead initiatives for employee training and development, including identifying training needs, designing programs, and evaluating effectiveness.
- Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Stay updated on HR trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and administration teams.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and foster a positive work culture.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Want to be based in Bandung
