PersyaratanBachelor degree from reputable university.More than 3 years HR Manager experience, with working experience in Japanese company, (or MNC).Business level English *Japanese speaker is big plus.Able to do Compensation/Benefits Strategy, Grade System, Job Evaluation, Salary System Design *Please mention in CV.Stable career.(Only CV in English will be processed)Tanggung JawabClerical work related to recruitment of new employees.Manage and maintain employee records, including personal information, employment history and other relevant information.Carry out employee leave, permit and health affairs.Support the implementation of employee training and development programs.Supervise the overall management of HRD (labor contract, BPJS, overtime work, payroll, etc.).Advise and guide team leaders, managers and individual contributors on personnel issues.Other related tasks as assigned.
