At least 5 years of working experience in HR Manager of multinational manufacture is required for this position
- Fluent in English both oral and written is MANDATORY

We are currently assisting one of our clients from food manufacture butter and powder industry, who will handle the following key responsibilities:
- Create and develop operation activities related to HR ie Recruitment, Personnel, Payroll, Training and General Admin ie Legal
- Arranging according annual Man Power Planning and the company's recruitment process according to company policies and procedures
- Creating an employee development system through training, job analysis, job evaluation and job value mapping.
- Ensure that administrative records and employee documentation are updated (PKWT, Mutation, Demotion, Promotion, Counselling, Warning Letter, etc.).
- Develop, optimize and regulate Company Regulations and company rules.
- Control and responsible for matters related to labour and law (industrial Relations, Licensing, BPJS, Labour Law, etc.).
- As Company representatives for Union and External communication.
- Audit KPI, Government Audit/Inspection.
- Legal Documentation Process.
- Arrange meeting, reported minutes of Meeting with HOD, Management, Unions To Assist on the HR business partnering initiative ie HR Dashboard.
We expect prospective talents to meet the requirements as below:
- At least 5 years of working experience in HR Manager of multinational manufacture is required for this position
- Experience in multinational manufacturing is preferred
- Mastering Excel and system transition period are require.
- Fluent in English both oral and written is MANDATORY.
- Mandarin is a plus point.
- Willing to be based at Gresik - East Java as permanent employee
