Bachelor's degree or above, willing to be placed in Surabaya- Have work experience more than 8 years in HR Fields- Be able to use English as a working language and be proficient in Chinese is a mustPERSOLKELLY is one of the largest recruitment companies in Asia Pacific providing comprehensive end-to-end workforce solutions to clients, allowing us to draw upon their connections as one of the largest recruitment companies in Asia Pasific.We are now looking for a position as a HR Manager areas with requirements as below:Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or above- Have work experience more than 8 years in HR Fields- Be able to use English as a working language and be proficient in Chinese is a must- Familiar with labour act, regulations, labour market trend and practice in Malaysia;- Have good language expression and communication skills;- Ability to work independently, quick thinking, strong coordination skills, sense of responsibility and team spirit;- Active and careful work, strong resistance to pressure, good attitude, able to bear hardships and stand hard work**Responsibilities**:- Establishment of HR policies; Participate in the formulation of employee handbook, labor contract, policies on employee attendance, performance, salary and welfare etc.- Recruitment and onboarding of new hires; responsible for the recruitment process - review and shortlisted resumes, schedule interviews, facilitate pre-employment screening checks. Support the effective onboarding of new hires.- Keep track of staff confirmation, promotion, salary adjustment, Contract renewal, etc., and preparation of related letters.- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leave, benefits, compensation and claims, and resolve any issues that may arise.- Help to organize events and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and develop a positive and cohesive culture.- Employee Off-boarding; assist in off-boarding of leavers.- Preparation of HR reports for Quarterly Management meetings.- Other admin tasks and ad hoc duties as and when assigned by superiors.714
