**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions and contribute to the overall success of our organisation.
**1. Talent Acquisition**
- Create and implement effective recruiting approaches to acquire top talent
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
**2. Employee Relations**
- Provide employees and management with reliable guidance on HR-related issues
- Encourage a positive environment through efficient communication and conflict resolution approaches
**3. Performance Management**
- Create and execute performance management initiatives to promote growth and engagement among staff members
- Perform performance evaluations and provide management and staff with constructive criticism
- Develop learning and development programme for the staff members in order to promote their growth
**4. Payroll and Compensation & Benefits**
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll transactions
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Conduct market analyses to ensure competitiveness in salary and benefits offerings
**5. HR Policies and Compliance**
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Stay informed about changes in labour laws and HR best practices
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to travel out of town.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Possess good leadership skills.
**Salary**: Rp15,000,000 - Rp18,000,000 per month
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)
