Hr Manager

**ob Description**:

- Manpower planning analysis (MPP) according to company needs.
- new employee orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and Maintain HRIS System.
- in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and company policies.
- employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- training needs and organize training programs to enhance employee skills and strengthen our workforce.
- with external vendors to fulfill our training needs, from pitching sessions, training, and learning.
- performance review processes to ensure employees meet their potential and our company standards. Offer feedback and manage performance improvement plans.
- payroll processing and compensation reviews to ensure equity and competitiveness. Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks.
- & Draft document relate HR :help to prepare, review or coordinate with related Dept about the draft agreement, Company regulation, Draft employee agreement Policy ( Leave, attendance, Share leave, Bonus, Appraisal etc ) ,Decree Letter or Announcement if any New Rules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rp400,000,000 - Rp5,000,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- SMA/SMU/SMK (preferred)

**Experience**:

- People Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- SALES: 1 year (preferred)
