- Oversee The Recruitment And Selection Process, Including Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, And Onboarding New Employees.
- Manage Employee Relations, Including Resolving Conflicts, Addressing Grievances, And Providing Counseling And Disciplinary Actions When Necessary.
- Develop And Implement Performance Management Systems To Monitor Employee Productivity, Engagement, And Development.
- Coordinate And Oversee Employee Training And Development Programs To Enhance Skills And Competencies.
- Ensure Compliance With All Relevant Employment Laws, Regulations, And Company Policies.

Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Legal, Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
- Proven Experience As An HR Manager Or In A Similar HR Leadership Role, With A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In The Similar Role.
- In-Depth Knowledge Of HR Principles, Practices, And Procedures, Including Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Relations, And Legal Compliance.
- Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, With The Ability To Ensure Compliance And Mitigate Risks.
- Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport And Collaborate Effectively With Employees At All Levels.
