**Responsibilities**:
Planning, organizing, and supervising the company's human resources activities.

Implementing company HR policies and programs.

Managing the employee recruitment and selection process.

Providing support in employee development.

Handling internal human resources conflicts and issues.

Conducting employee performance evaluations.

Handling employee health and labor BPJS.

Managing documents related to employees.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
