**REQUIREMENTS**- MBA, MS or other advanced degree- Female / Male : 25-35 years old- Proven record of 3+ years of professional working experience and accomplishments in business development account management, department management or similar role.- Excellent with ms.word, spreadsheet analysis, public presentations, and data management.- Excellent at initiating, driving new business opportunities, negotiation and analytical skills regarding contractual, technical, and financial issues with partner- Able to speak English fluently- Own vehicle- Available to work mobile (domestic & overseas)- Work placement : Pakuwon City Surabaya (EAST JAVA)**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Serve regular contact points for developing and maintaining a business relationship, troubleshooting, and responding inquiries- Explore opportunities, provide partnership proposal and negotiate on mutual benefits- Analyze partnership effectiveness and obtain ways to optimize growth.- Assist with the development of news strategy and advise on platform improvements of specific interest to news partners.- Work cross-functionally with policy, legal, comms, marketing, product, finance, and sales.- Increase department efficiency by raising the man power, reduce turn over, buildup and fill manpower vacancies in all branches**BENEFITS**It's always a good idea to include the benefits of the job the company will provide such as:- Good Basic Salary- Good Commission- Performance Bonus and Commision- Health Insurance- Tranportation allowance- Meal- Personal Growth and development your leadership team**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- People Management: 1 year (preferred)- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
