Hr Manager

Job Description
Establishing and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees, while actively monitoring and evaluating their progress.
Handling administrative tasks including attendance, payroll, PPh21 (income tax), and BPJS (social security).
Fulfilling the role of a manager by providing assistance in resolving employee challenges and offering coaching as needed.
Designing and implementing training programs for staff development, as well as facilitating a comprehensive onboarding process for new team members.
Cultivating a vibrant and enjoyable work atmosphere within the office environment.\
Devising strategic plans to align the company's workforce requirements with its overall business needs.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Law
Min. 5 years of experience in the related field
Extensive knowledge about government regulations in regard to workforce
Experienced in setting up KPIs, monitoring and evaluating KPIs
Resourceful and problem solver
Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
