**Responsibilities**:
- Lead comprehensive talent acquisition efforts, collaborating closely with hiring team to identify talent needs, create job descriptions, and execute effective sourcing strategies.
- Proactively address employee relations matters, providing guidance, conflict resolution, and cultivating a positive work environment.
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with Clout Indonesia's goals and values.
- Develop and deliver training programs, fostering continuous learning and growth for employees.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate across teams to support the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Problem-Solving, ideally in a fast-paced ecommerce or digital industry.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to address complex HR challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in using HR software and systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
