Hr Manager

Job Description

Manage payroll processes and resolve any payroll-related issues.

Oversee and administer the company's compensation and benefits programs.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Provide mediation and conflict resolution services to employees and management, including bipartite and tripartite with PPHI and Disnaker.

Manage daily operations for personnel related activities

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with labor unions, surrounding areas, and government institution.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Legal or equivalent

Min. 5 years of experience in the similar role

Experience in collective bargaining, labor law compliance, and managing industrial disputes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
