Our trusted healthcare leader client is looking for a HR ManagerLocation: Jakarta, Indonesia (Hybrid)Work hours: Day Shift**Salary**: CompetitiveWhat to expect from the role:- Establish strategic human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives- Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations- Create human resources operations by establishing strategies in recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation & benefits- Develop talents through developing employee training programs- Create employee efficiency, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change- Develop human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances- Manage the Health, Safety & Security functions of the organization- Responsible for developing employee engagement programs to increase employee morale- Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales- Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions, and analyzing information- Guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values- Liaise with Directors & Managers to understand their requirements and ensure they are fully informed of the corporate strategy- Support and coach the management team on all people leadership matters, including business change and transformation.
