Hr Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Must possess Bachelor's Degree at any related major
- Having a deep knowledge in sourcing strategy
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Supervisor or Manager
- Experience in a headhunting or outsourcing company is preferred
- **Can speak Mandarin preferred**:

- **Good spoken and written English is a must**:

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience in Human Resource Management Systems
- Accustomed to working under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent decision making and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp16,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
- Recruitment / Talent Acquisition: 2 years (preferred)
