Job Description As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overviewing and handling end-to-end human resources function, both strategic and operational Creating programs, SOP, and analyzing organizational effectiveness to enhance production Becoming a strategic business partner to owners and board of directors, including proposing improvement and development of the organization Overviewing and ensuring highest accuracy regarding HR operational functions, including employee database, HRIS usage, and recruitment Maintaining strong relationship with all stakeholders, both at the head office and on site, including external stakeholders such as surrounding communities and government officials The Successful Applicant A successful candidate must possess:
