Hr Officer

Job Desciption- Office administration job and support other tasks assigned by management team- Responsible for employee compensation, BPJS and welfare management- Orientating new employees and training existing employees- Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management**Requirements and skills**- Bachelor's degree in HR/Legal/related area- English and Bahasa Indonesian as working languages- Minimum 2 years HR experience ,prefer experience in finance, payments, banking, etc- Flexible for changes and obtain General knowledge of HR practices.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and earn credibility with line managers.- Analytical and problem solving experience and ability to work in an agile, fast paced growing office environment necessary- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage multi-task while effectively addressing day-to-day responsibilities- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Work, Excel, Power Point, etc.)**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh GraduateContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Rp4,600,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month**Education**:- D1-D4 (preferred)**Language**:- english (preferred)
