Job Desciption
- Office administration job and support other tasks assigned by management team
- Responsible for employee compensation, BPJS and welfare management
- Orientating new employees and training existing employees
- Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

**Requirements and skills**
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Legal/related area
- English and Bahasa Indonesian as working languages
- Minimum 2 years HR experience ,prefer experience in finance, payments, banking, etc
- Flexible for changes and obtain General knowledge of HR practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and earn credibility with line managers.
- Analytical and problem solving experience and ability to work in an agile, fast paced growing office environment necessary
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage multi-task while effectively addressing day-to-day responsibilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Work, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh Graduate
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Rp4,600,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (preferred)

**Language**:

- english (preferred)
