Hr Officer (Partnership)

We are open for partnership or Internship with experienced
- Bridge management and employee relations
- Manage the recruitment and selection process; support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Monitor overall HR progress
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience minimum 1 years
- People oriented and results driven
- Have experience to manage end to end HR business process
- Have experience in startup or digital industry
- Multitasking
- Having personal laptop
- Great communications to management level
- Multitasking
- Ready to work in office (pejaten, jakarta selatan)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Rp2,500,000 - Rp3,000,000 per month
