Hr Operations Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overall quality system in HR department
- Responsible for delivering highly accurate monthly payroll
- Handling administration of all employment contract and employee database
- Conducting exit interviews to gather comprehensive information
- Preparing and distributing relevant HR letters/documents as per requirement
- Directly reports to HR Ops Manager

**Requirements**:

- Possess a bachelor degree in any field, at least 2 years working experience in the HR Employee and Industrial Relations field
- Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to get the job done, eager to develop & learn new skills
- Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently
- Positive & proactive attitude towards work


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
