Hr Operations Executive

**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for the overall quality system in the HR department.
- Manage the administration of all employment contracts and employee databases.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Prepare and distribute relevant HR letters or documents as needed.
**Requirements**:

- Possess a bachelor's degree in any field, at least 2 years of working experience in the HR Employee and Industrial Relations field
- Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, willingness to get the job done, eagerness to develop & learn new skills
- Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently
- Positive & proactive attitude towards work


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
