**About The Role**
HR Operations is a critical component of the People Department that focuses on managing and optimizing the administrative and operational aspects of workforce management. This is a highly important role in ensuring that HR functions run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. It plays a vital role in creating a positive and organized HR environment that supports the entire organization.
1. Manage and streamline HR administrative processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
2. Maintain and update HR records, files, and documentation.
3. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
4. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payment process for reimbursement
6. Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health, dental, and retirement plans
7. Develop and maintain an efficient system for data management, utilizing HRIS and other relevant software
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
- Proven experience in HR operations, administration, or a related role for at least 1 year.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency or familiarity with HRIS especially Talenta
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
