Job Purpose and Impact
The Human Resources Operations Supervisor will oversee all processes and sub processes related to a designated function including maintenance and control of policies and procedures. In this role, you will assure quality of the services provided by the team and their timely support in terms of human resources administration such as monthly payroll process, employee benefit, employee relations, time and attendance, learning and development and processing employee inquiries. Key Accountabilities
Plan, organize and control the operations and work activities of the team.
Closely monitor performance metrics using technology and tools to ensure quality service and timely actions.
Drive continuous improvement efforts for internal processes to standardize, simplify and automate the tasks needed to enhance the customer experience.
Coordinate input processes in a timely manner, including elaborating activities, schedules, defining responsibilities, following process execution and intervening if needed to ensure payroll service quality.
Partner with teams to define opportunities, needs, roles and responsibilities, work schedules teams dedicated to grow the business.
Other duties as assigned
Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience in service areas such as benefits, payroll, time and attendance, leave management, worker's compensation and employee health and safety
Minimum one year of directly related work experience
Lean Six Sigma
One year of supervisory experience
Experience in payroll, accounting or human resources
