**Job Position**Performance & Reward (Compensation & Benefit, Payroll)**Responsibilities**:You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the compensation and benefits programs within an organization. You will play a critical role in attracting and retaining employees by ensuring that the compensation and benefits packages are competitive, aligned with industry standards, and meet the needs of the employees.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration (min. 2-3 years)- Strong knowledge of compensation practices, benefits programs, and relevant laws and regulations.- Analytical mindset with excellent data analysis and reporting skills.- Familiarity with HRIS systems and compensation management software.- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Pay: Up to Rp10,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Payroll, Compensation, and Employee Benefit: 3 years (required)
