Hr & Payroll Staff

Details of the offer

As superuser for Workday Personnel Data and Compensation module, including to ensure that the employee personnel and compensation data are correctly stored and keep updated in timely manner.
- Support preparing the headcount / employment budget, actual spending, and forecast.
- Administer and process regular payroll, including to ensure the employee renumerations are paid on time and in the right amounts, also comply to the applicable regulations within the Company and Government rules and regulations e.g.
Manpower, Social Security, Tax Regulations.
- Administer and Maintain the regular statutory payments e.g.
BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, JP, Tax, PPh 21, Salary, and Slip Salary
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll, deduction, attendance, and time records from employees.
- Minimum bachelor's degree, form any majors
- Have at least 1 year experience in payroll administration, especially outsource company
- Understand compensation, benefits, tax and payroll process
- Good computer literracy (Ms Excel/ Word)
- Familiar with any HRIS.
- Good analytical, strong interpersonal, and communication skill.
