Requirements:

- Max. age of 28 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR roles, with a strong preference for handling attendance using HRIS or a similar program.
- Understanding of UU 13, CK, etc.
- Possess problem-solving and analytical thinking skills based on data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to be placed at Indomobil Tower, Jakarta Timur.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing all HR administration activities such as attendance, annual leave, sick leave, monthly reports, MCU, etc.
- Providing HR support and general administration to the HR team.
- Creating employee compliances (warning letters and counseling sessions).
- Managing the Sharing Session Program to enhance employees' knowledge and foster continuous growth.
- Efficiently managing and documenting administrative activities for all administrative processes for IMSI.
- Conducting a comprehensive review of Industrial Relation issues.
- Performing filing management, including but not limited to maintaining confidential records.
