**The role**:

- Ability to strategize and implement overall end-to-end recruiting strategy for hiring blue collar staff.
- Perform job and task analysis and be able to identify the right talent pools for the search roles especially blue collar workers.
- Having the critical and logical skill to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to operations manager

**The person**:

- Bachelor Degree Graduates with proven work experience as a Recruiter with minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in the field especially in the field of recruiting blue collar workers)
- Recruiting experience with various selection processes (CV screening, HR screening, User Interview Scheduling, Reference Checking, Offering Process).
- Fluent in English and comfortable in managing internal/external stakeholders.
- Able to work independently with minimum support.
- Good interpersonal skills.
