Hr (Recruitment & Assessment) Intern (For Mcm)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on relevant platforms.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as preparing interview materials and organizing recruitment events. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Psychology.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
