Hr Recruitment & Employer Branding

We are looking for HR Recruiting & Employer Branding to support our recruiting process from start to finish. You'll assist other recruiters, hiring teams and candidates in our headquarters as well as in our subsidiaries. If you're enthusiastic about the world of recruiting, tech-savvy and an excellent communicator, we'd like to meet you!
Responsibilities Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social mediaActive search via Linkedin and other platformsAssist teams in screening resumes, conduct initial phone screens and schedule calls and interviewsMaintain applicant tracking system to ensure information is up to date and to keep track of open rolesSet up and execute Employer Branding strategy in regards to all related formats and materialsSet up and drive social media / other external channels and maintain ndigital career websiteRequirements Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experienceExperience in recruiting and employer branding in tech startup companyGenerally 1-4 years of experience in recruitment & employer branding related fieldKnowledge in Social Media and Google Analytics is an assetExcellent communication skillsData drivenInterested? Just hit the apply button and we´ll take it from there.
