**Responsibilities**
- Analyze Manpower Needs based on Manpower Planning
- Making report about recruitment and interview result
- Meet manpower needs within specified deadlines.
- Manage social media and job portals to enhance the company's employer branding.
- Familiar with backup team and manpower planning
- Proficient in administrative skills (Ms. Office, Google Workspace, etc)

**Qualification**
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Have knowledge and able to use various psychological test tools
- Having deep knowledge in sourcing strategy for any position level is a MUST
- Good communication, multitasking and active
- Discipline and focus to the target of fulfilling the employee in any position

**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp5,500,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- Recruitment: 3 years (preferred)
