**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree Major Psychology from reputable University
- Minimum 1 years experience as Recruitment Staff (from Manufacturing Industry is preferable)
- Computer literacy : Ms. Office (excel, word, power point)
- Familiar using Psychological test tools & skoring (IST, DISC, Papi, Kraeplin, CFIT), etc
- Communicative, energic, detail, able to work under preasure, eager to learn
- Good command in English both spoken & written
- Willing to mobile around the City (if necessary)

**Responsibilities**:

- Arrange test & interview
- Conduct Psychological test
- Skoring result
- Administrations task
- Monitoring training schedule

Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan

Gaji: Rp5.000.000 - Rp5.500.000 per bulan
