1. Working with HRBP to manage HR business and process, such as Recruitment, Tax Calculation, Performance, Staff Relationship2. Working with agency to build talent pool for FF team for fast recruitment3. Working with agency to manage FF team's attendance, performance, relationship, and payroll related.**Requirement**- Fluent in English is a must, Mandarin skill would be preferable- Experienced in HR area (Recruitment, Payroll, Team Building)- Good problem solving skill- High willingness to learn- Able to work under pressure, good teamwork**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: Rp10,000,000 - Rp18,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
