Hr Specialist

1. Working with HRBP to manage HR business and process, such as Recruitment, Tax Calculation, Performance, Staff Relationship

2. Working with agency to build talent pool for FF team for fast recruitment

3. Working with agency to manage FF team's attendance, performance, relationship, and payroll related.

**Requirement**
- Fluent in English is a must, Mandarin skill would be preferable
- Experienced in HR area (Recruitment, Payroll, Team Building)
- Good problem solving skill
- High willingness to learn
- Able to work under pressure, good teamwork

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rp10,000,000 - Rp18,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
