Job Requirements:

- Female Age 25 - 35 years old
- Initiative and team work
- Professional attitude and attractive
- Good communication and administration skills
- Strong skill in creativity, critical thinking & growth mindset
- Good work ethic with strong planning and prioritizing skills
- Want to learn and improve yourself
- Must be Minimum 1 years experience in the same field
- Preferably located in Tangerang / BSD

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand labor laws
- Manage and make reports on BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Tenaga Kerja
- Manage employee attendance records
- Manage and make employee employment contracts and renew the validity period of the employment contract.

**Experience**:

- HRD: 1 year (preferred)
