Hr Staff For Driver

**Job Descriptions**:

- Searching for driver according to company needs
- Register the benefits that will be received by the driver
- Prepare every completeness of driver administration
- Setting up new members of staff and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of detailed reports)
- Mapping Training Need Analysis (TNA) and syllabus training of driver
- Evaluate and providing recommendations for effectiveness of training programs

**Requirements**:

- Min. 1 year experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good interpersonal skill, communication, and presentation skills
- Having SIM A and C License
- Willing to be placed in **Bayung Lencir, Sumatera Selatan**

**Education**:

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- HR Staff: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- SIM A (preferred)
- SIM C (preferred)
