**About work**????????**:
Assists in scheduling a variety of meetings and employee events (e.g. insight, outing, new employee inductions, applicant interview, facility use etc.)
Communicates with other employees, departments, administrators, applicants for the purpose of providing information and assistance concerning employment, recruitment, transfers, personnel records, leaves. and related personnel requirements
Administer attendance, leave and absenteeism for payroll process, distributing payslipt and maintaining records.
Providing information related to policy, process, form, helping form completion; verifying submission; notifying employees of approvals.
Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Administer new employee induction by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering copy of documents necessary for payroll explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
Documenting human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Prepare and submit HR monthly report including HC, B-9, overtime and attendance report.
Perform other duty assigned by HR Manager
