Hr Staff

**Role Description**

This is a part-time on-site role in Kalimantan for a Human Resources Supervisor. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for executing HR-related duties on a professional level, working closely with senior HR management. They will support HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and compliance in accordance with company policies and Indonesian laws.

**Qualifications**
- **Placment : Kalimantan**:

- Experience in Human Resources (HR) management, policies, and practices
- Willing to work Monday - Saturday
- Knowledge in employee benefits administration, Recruitment, Legal, Payrole, Admin, Evaluation Employee
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Meticulous attention to details and excellent organization skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus

Placement : Kalimantan - Onsite

Pay: From Rp7,000,000 per month

- Yogyakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
