- Minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology/Law/Management
- Minimum 5 years experience as a HR Strategic Manager
- Minimum 5 years experience in Palm Oil Plantation and experience business processes of Palm Oil Plantation
- Experience in monitoring and evaluating the employee recruitment process at the head office, estates and factories.
- Experience in developing competency standards
- Experience in formulating and compile action plans for culture development stages
- Skilled in Human Resources Strategic, Talent Management, Organization Development, People Development
- Good communication in English both oral or written
- Willing to work in Jakarta
