- Job responsibility:
- ·Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.- ·Provide guidance, training, and coaching to new employees- ·Assisting managers with staff requirements.- ·Assist in developing performance appraisals- ·Maintain employee records, schedules, and time sheets- ·Determine compensation and offer reward incentives- ·Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.- Requirements:
- Must have Bachelor Degree from any major,
- Must have working experience overally in HRGA for 4-5 years or more,
- Must have working experience in a Japanese company for minimum 2 years,
- Must be able to communicate in English (written/verbal)
