Persyaratan

Hold Bachelor's degree from reputable university with A accreditation (min.
GPA 3.0)

Has 2 years of experience as HR Senior Staff handling HR, organization development and people development from Manufacturing industry.
Conversational to Business level English.
Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and work to (personal, and team) deadlines.
Good understanding and capable to handle personnel administration related with employee e.g contract, transfer, mutation, promotion, succession.
Preferably experienced in Automotive industry.
