**Responsibilities**:
- Manage compensation and benefits plans
- Assist in the talent acquisition and recruitment process
- Provide support to employees on various HR related topics such as leave and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies
- Carrying out tasks related to performance management
- Collect and analyze data with useful HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rate
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Increase job satisfaction by promptly resolving issues, implementing new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulationsSupport managers in recruitment process and ensures that recruitment process is followed
- Perform various administrative tasks and support the recruitment team's daily activities.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to confirm their needs and align it with business objectives
- Managing employee attendance, benefit, and compliance
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
**Requirements**:
- Min 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Human Resource Generalist.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Management/Human Resources Management/ psychology or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws ( UU Tenaga Kerja )
- Familiar with HRIS
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
- Good problem solving, analytical skill, communication skill
- Able to join ASAP
**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
