**Descriptions**:- Monitoring & supervising operational team- Strategic planning- Evaluating team performance- Handling operational issues- Supervise and manage day to day HR operations projects- Provide a full range of HR services (payroll data support, recruitment, compensation, benefits and employee relation)**Requirements**:- Min. bachelor degree of all majors (Psychology / Management are preferable)- Min.3 years of experiences as an HR Supervisor or other similar role- Intermediate or higher skill of Ms.Excel is a must- Willing to work in BekasiPay: Rp9,000,000 - Rp9,500,000 per month
