Hr Supervisor

**Descriptions**:

- Monitoring & supervising operational team
- Strategic planning
- Evaluating team performance
- Handling operational issues
- Supervise and manage day to day HR operations projects
- Provide a full range of HR services (payroll data support, recruitment, compensation, benefits and employee relation)

**Requirements**:

- Min. bachelor degree of all majors (Psychology / Management are preferable)
- Min.3 years of experiences as an HR Supervisor or other similar role
- Intermediate or higher skill of Ms.Excel is a must
- Willing to work in Bekasi

Pay: Rp9,000,000 - Rp9,500,000 per month
