**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you'll serve as the Human Resources (HR) and Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner. Your primary responsibility will be to align HR and TA initiatives with business objectives, ensuring their effective implementation. Collaborating closely with business teams, you'll translate business goals into HR and TA priorities. Working alongside HRBP and Talent Acquisition counterparts for the Country or Region, you'll address the specific HR and TA needs of the Business. Your role involves developing and executing people strategies, supporting designated teams or locations daily, and forging strong relationships with managers and employees. You'll also represent HR within the business, showcasing your expertise to foster a positive work environment.

This role is contributing to the Process AutomationEnergy Industries in Indonesia.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Ensuring an effective overall HR contribution and valueadd to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services.
- Supporting the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the endtoend employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business.
- Partnering with respective managers to develop and implement people strategies. Facilitating change management initiatives and driving behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.
- Delivering the talent processes required to implement Global talent strategies on a local level, working with Business Leaders and line managers to gain insight into the business talent needs and challenges.
- Ensure end to end responsibilities for TA in the division, drive and execute all talent processes with Business Leaders e.g., identification and filling positions, diversity, and inclusion and owns the talent outcomes.
- Managing the entire recruitment process: planning recruitment campaigns, assisting the manager to outline the role requirements, identifying, and working on sourcing solutions, overseeing quality job postings, creating shortlists, conducting interviews, providing postevent feedback and coaching, facilitating offer negotiations, and closing the vacancy once the job offer is accepted.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- A degree in Human Resources or its equivalent is required.
- Experience in dealing with statutory bodies and local state governmental organizations is necessary.
- The ability to work independently, resourcefully, with strong business acumen is essential.
- A mature personality with high integrity is sought after.
- Prior experience in a similar industry and domain is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language are required.
