If you're excited to be at the forefront of this transformation and are ready to tackle the industry's challenges head-on, we want you to be a part of our dynamic team.**Your Role**:HRBP - Bandung**What You'll Be Doing**:- Translate business agendas and objectives into a strategic HR roadmap, with supporting initiatives and action plans while garnering support/ownership for that roadmap within the organisation.- Design, monitor, and measure HR Metrics/KPIs dashboards to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support growth and retention.- Utilise HR key metrics and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for HR interventions and process enhancements.- Manage and resolve employee relations issues throughout the employee life cycle- Support workforce planning and define people strategy with the Senior Leadership team, by identifying, prioritising and developing organisational capabilities and behaviour to build a workforce that is future-ready- Maintain knowledge of company policies and government regulations to ensure company compliance.- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention- Reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance**What We're Looking For**:- 3-5+ years of experience in Human Resources. Proven experience in HR partnering and working closely with Business Leaders.- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa.- Strong business knowledge and strategic mindset with an analytical rigour on people metrics to support business strategy- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work- Experience in working with regional teams in SEA would be a plus- Bachelor's Degree in Human resources or a related fieldAre you ready to shape the future of real estate?
