We are looking for an experienced** HRBP Lead** to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.
**What you'll do**:
- Translate business agendas and objectives into a strategic HR roadmap, with supporting initiatives and action plans while garnering support/ownership for that roadmap within the organisation.
- Design, monitor, and measure HR Metrics/KPIs dashboards to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support growth and retention.
- Utilise HR key metrics and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for HR interventions and process enhancements.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues throughout the employee life cycle
- Support workforce planning and define people strategy with the Senior Leadership team, by identifying, prioritising and developing organisational capabilities and behaviour to build a workforce that is future-ready
- Maintain knowledge of company policies and government regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance
**What you should have**:
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources.Proven experience in HR partnering and working closely with Business Leaders.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa.
- Strong business knowledge and strategic mindset with an analytical rigour on people metrics to support business strategy
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Experience in working with regional teams in SEA would be a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Human resources or a related field
