They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner Manager to join their team. **About The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure that all new stores open with the correct staffing profile
- Assist in the production of staffing budgets annually and manage personnel costs
- Ensure the policies and procedures are well outlined in the HR Policy Manual, Handbook, and Health & Safety policies are implemented and advice is given as required
- Advise store managers and employees on ER (Employee Relations) matters, including handling investigations, disciplinary meetings, grievances, and appeals in cases where they are more complex, ensuring that all decisions are fair, legal, and consistent
- Support the Operations Manager in managing and developing the stores' management teams by working on succession planning to ensure that management vacancies are covered, evaluating and promoting the right management profile, planning and following up on training programs for new starters or internal promotions, and developing training programs to build and strengthen managers' capabilities by helping managers identify MDPs (Management Development Programs) and following up on their training plans, coaching managers when carrying out face-to-face evaluations of their teams, and working closely with managers to increase motivation within the store
- Work closely with the Regional Team and have a good understanding of relevant store operations and procedures to drive store performance
- Ensure that exit interviews and post-hire surveys are conducted, and relevant feedback is acted upon and circulated appropriately to improve team retention and minimize employee turnover
- Undertake projects as required further to improve HR processes, policies, and services.
