In-depth understanding of related business
- Consult with management to review organization structure, job analyze and company business strategy
- Build a strong relationship with Management & Employee to improve work relationships and increase productivity
- Analyzing Human Resources data, highlight areas of concern and work with relevant parties on formulating and implementing effective solutions
- Drive the deployment of HR Program, tools and strategy, ensure organizations understanding and meaningful deployment
- Identify talent in every department and ensure talent development process is align with organization needs
- Provide consultation in regards with HR process, tools, and people
- Minimal education: Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major
- Minimal experience: 1 Years as HRBP / HR Operations / HR Generalist
- Having good analytical thinking and business awareness
- Proficient in English would be beneficial
- Willing to be located in Head Office, Bintaro sector 7
