Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development
Partner with the talent acquisition team to attract, select, and onboard top talent, ensuring alignment with business needs and cultural fit
Lead and facilitate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale and productivity
Manage and resolve employee relation issues in a fair and consistent manner, adhering to company policies and applicable laws and regulations
