Hrd Manager (Fnb)

handle working employment contract of employees
- handle BPJS and payroll
- take care of discipline matters and office rules
- manpower analysis and professional recruitment process
- monitoring and evaluation of KPI and performance of employees
- evaluation manpower development program / training
- responsible to assets management and maintenance of office / factory building and all facilities
- maintain good relationship with related parties in neighborhood
- handle legal permission of company
- professional at age of 40 - 50 years old
- holding bachelor degree in law or HR management from reputable universities
- having min 2 year working experience as HR Manager
- understand labor law / undang-undang ketenagakerjaan / undang-undang ciptakerja
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- to be stationed in Patal Senayan Jakarta Selatan

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan

Upah: Rp13.000.000 - Rp18.000.000 per bulan
