Hrd Staff

**Responsibilities**:

- Do End to End Recruitment Process (Sorucing - On Boarding
- Assist with payroll (Payslip and PPh 21) and benefits administration (BPJS TK & Kesehatan)
- Do HR Administrative (Monthly report, employee records & attendance, employee database)
- Maintain the organizations's employee database, records & contracts
- Coaching for employee development
- Manage HRIS System
- Develop training and people development programs based on company goals

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Min 1 year experience working in Human Resources especially in recruitment
- Experience in recruitment process especially in IT position, including the implementation of psychological test
- Ready to work with flexible deadline, responsible and accountable to work
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail and target oriented person
- Required Skills: All HR processes (e.g. Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, Talent Management etc.) and People Development
- Familiar with compensation & benefit, tax, payroll, HRIS
- Can join ASAP
- **Willing to Work from Office at Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara**

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak

Upah: Rp5.000.000 - Rp6.500.000 per bulan
